 FEDERAL COURT OF APPEAL

Eli Lilly and Co. v. Apotex Inc., [2005] 2 F.C.R. 225 (F.C.), has been reversed on appeal (A‑579‑04, 2005 FCA 134), reasons for judgment handed down 13/4/05.

Martin v. Canada (Attorney General), [2004] 1 F.C.R. 625 (F.C.), has been reversed on appeal (A‑491‑03, 2005 FCA 156). The reasons for judgment handed down 6/5/05, will be published in the Federal Courts Reports.
