Canada (Attorney General) v. Canada (Information Commissioner), (T-531-06, 2007 FC 1024) has been affirmed on appeal (A-492-07, A-568-07, 2008 FCA 321), reasons for judgment handed down October 22, 2008.

Okoloubu v. Canada (Minister of Citizenship and Immigration), [2008] 3 F.C.R. 216 (F.C.) has been reversed on appeal (A-560-07, 2008 FCA 326). The reasons for judgment, handed down October 27, 2008, will be published in the Federal Courts Reports.
