Canada v. Toronto-Dominion Bank (TD Canada Trust), T-1841-21, 2024 FC 441, which is digested in the Federal Courts Reports, has been reversed on appeal (A-144-24, 2026 FCA 25). The reasons for judgment, handed down February 9, 2026, will be published in the Federal Courts Reports.

Tan v. Canada (Citizenship and Immigration), T-1232-22, 2024 FC 600, has been affirmed on appeal (A-169-24, 2026 FCA 36), reasons for judgment handed down February 23, 2026. Both decisions will be published in the Federal Courts Reports.
