Appeal from Federal Court decision ([2006] 2 F.C.R. 637) upholding decision of Canadian Human Rights Commission to reject appellants’ complaints of discrimination since respondent had proven bona fide occupational requirement—Judge, in his assessment of matters brought before him, committed no error of fact or law warranting the Court’s intervention—Commission not acting contrary to law or unreasonably in exercise of its discretion—Appeal dismissed.
