Motion under R. 300(2) for order granting leave plaintiff company be represented by Richard Sharpe in lieu of solicitor-Company said to be in weakened financial situation as result of litigation with Customs over past four years, not currently in position to pay for legal representation-Since 1990 amendment applicant must show special circumstances allowing Court to grant leave under R. 300(2)-Where director seems reasonably capable of representing company, impecunious company ought not to be denied day in Court-Procedural assistance available from Registry staff-Counsel for respondent ready to cooperate with Mr. Sharpe-Factors sufficient to constitute special circumstances-Motion granted-Federal Court Rules, C.R.C., c. 663, R. 300(2) (as am. by SOR/90-846, s. 3).
